OMNIHIDE PRO SOFTWARE LICENSE ("License")
The following sets out the License with respect to the use of the OmniHide PRO Software.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read this License carefully.
BY DOWNLOADING, PURCHASING, INSTALLING AND/OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE. THIS LICENSE IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND OMNIHIDE. IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING THIS LICENSE ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER PERSON OR LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE FULL LEGAL AUTHORITY TO ACCEPT ON BEHALF OF AND BIND THAT PERSON OR LEGAL ENTITY TO THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, YOU MUST NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
DISCLAIMER
The Software is provided to the Licensee on an "AS IS" basis and with no representation, guarantee or warranty of any kind as to its functionality, quality, performance, suitability or fitness for purpose. Except as expressly set out in this License, the Licensor hereby excludes, to the fullest extent permissible by law, all express and implied terms, conditions, warranties and representations (including any implied terms that the Software will meet the Licensee's requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free). Except as expressly set out in this License, the Licensee assumes the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software and should the Software prove defective, the Licensee assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair and/or correction.
GRANT OF LICENSE
After you purchase the software, OmniHide PRO can be used only on a SINGLE COMPUTER. The SOFTWARE would work ONLY on the system from which Product-ID was used to generate the activation key.
COPYRIGHT
The SOFTWARE is owned by OmniHide and is protected by Copyright Laws and International Treaty provisions. You may not use, copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, or transfer the SOFTWARE or any copy in whole or part except as expressly provided in this license, or without the express WRITTEN consent of OmniHide. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by OmniHide.
LIMITED WARRANTY
OmniHide warrants that the SOFTWARE will perform what it is designed to do. NO OTHER WARRANTEES. OmhiHide DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE.
Although a vast number of files may work as the mask file, a list of tested files have been mentioned in the Readme. OmniHide DOES NOT GUARANTEE the normal operation of the output file as it can vary based on the mechanism used by the Program associated with opening/playing the output file.
The Output file generated by the SOFTWARE should not be tampered with, failing which, recovery may become unsuccessful.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OmniHide BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR DATA OR SOFTWARE LOSS, FILE CORRUPTIONS, INABILITY TO RECOVER HIDDEN FILE [due to forgetting mask password or due to corrupted source file], LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS OR REVENUE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF STAFF TIME, CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, INDIRECT LOSS, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE, IMPROPER USE OR INABILITY TO USE OMNIHIDE, EVEN IF OMNIHIDE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OMNIHIDE CANNOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE SUSTAINED AS A RESULT OF DOWNLOADING THIS PRODUCT FROM OTHER WEBSITES AND DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR THE INAPPROPRIATE USE OF THE PRODUCT.
OmniHide reserves the right to change these terms and conditions any time at our discretion, you are expected to keep up with the changes on your own and no notification will be provided. The updated Terms would be posted on this page.
